i know absolutely nothing about these things. my idea of a serious relationship at this time consists of watching harry potter on the couch with my housemates and ben & jerry.
my roommate mali is completely the opposite. although she is definitely part of MY serious relationship, she has balanced many friendships and a serious relationship at the same time. mali and rylan met 2 years ago and started their relationship after serving together in the domincan republic. after several years of having an exemplary relationship, rylan popped the question. the story is theirs so i won't blog about it...but they successfully affected the way i view engagement and marriage. as he popped out from behind a rock and got down on one knee, i snapped photos and cried like a baby. they are excited and frankly i am just plain excited for them. i took a trillion pictures but i will include my favorites.
mali and rylan, i am so excited for you two. thanks for asking me to be a fly on the wall it was perfect.
by the way, these are my most favorite pictures i have ever taken...but it has nothing to do with my "ability" or anything. to capture something so joyful and happy is really inspiring and i think you'll be able to tell from these pictures.
ok, i need to set this picture apart because i love it so much. this is when rylan approached mali just before the question. i have never seen such happiness/joy captured in a picture (that i've taken anyways) and i really anticipate him making the same face when she walks down the aisle. soooo special!
the rest are self explanatory and go in sequence from him asking the question to her very obvious reaction. i love these photos.
pretty cute couple, dontcha think?
okay, this is the most beautiful picture of mali i have ever seen.
good work team! mission engagement was a success!
